Cautionary Tale: My Experience with Hippo7 Vegan Complete

I turned to Hippo7 Vegan Complete with the hope of fulfilling my dietary needs as a vegan, particularly to avoid Vitamin B12 deficiency. The product promises a blend of essential nutrients, including B12, which is often lacking in plant-based diets¹.
However, despite its claims and my consistent intake, I was surprised to find myself diagnosed with a B12 deficiency. This was both concerning and disappointing, considering the supplement includes methylcobalamin, a more active form of vitamin B12².
This experience has made me question the efficacy of the product and its ability to deliver on its promises. While the supplement may work for some, it did not for me, and I believe it's important for potential buyers to hear about varying outcomes.
For those considering Hippo7, I urge you to monitor your health closely and consult with healthcare professionals to ensure you're receiving the necessary nutrients.

I've been taking these vitamins for a while now, and I think they help with 'topping up' my diet. I've also moved a couple of times during this time span, and the customer service have been very easy to deal with when making changes.

I love the Trileptal pack. So happy that I found this brand, and it is super easy and convenient. I can mix in my smoothies or simply just take with a glass of water. I have add the digest bliss to my pack and it has helped so much in making sure I'm at my peak health. I would recommend this anyone who is vegan or mostly plant-based.

I love the product but I have difficulty swallowing such large pills. I would gladly swallow 3 pills, instead of 2, if you made them a little smaller. Sorry. I'm just being honest.
