    So far I have been much calmer, I’ve only been taking this for a few days. It doesn’t take away the problems that have been stressing me out. But it does calm me enough to deal with them better. I’ve also noticed an improvement with my chronic constipation. So, I’m going to keep taking this bottle, and may reorder depending on my results after a month. So far so good.
