However, despite its claims and my consistent intake, I was surprised to find myself diagnosed with a B12 deficiency. This was both concerning and disappointing, considering the supplement includes methylcobalamin, a more active form of vitamin B12².

I like the products. I just wish they came in the wellness bundle box like it shows on the website and not all just packed in a bag.
