However, despite its claims and my consistent intake, I was surprised to find myself diagnosed with a B12 deficiency. This was both concerning and disappointing, considering the supplement includes methylcobalamin, a more active form of vitamin B12².

My 13 year old daughter, myself, and my boyfriend are all on these vitamins. We have regular nutritional panels ran to make sure we are getting our needs met. These vitamins have made maintaining healthy levels so much more consistent. They are easy to take with no bad taste. I would recommend them to anyone on a plant based diet.

I'm 56 & at a job with a huge burnout rate. I have been exhausted this passed year & thought maybe burnout, maybe age. I have always had a lot of energy. I'm a vegetarian (90% vegan)for 36 years. I don't do ot for health reasons but have been incredibly healthy, 1 doctor visit in 18 years. So this has been AMAZING. I have energy to do things AFTER my client-trauma filled work day.!! I used to need a nap.i am my hyper self again and am soooo grateful!
